Mobile hollow shaft axles testing system HWP-C 2500/30-90

The HWP-C 2500/30-90 hollow axle testing system enables railway operators and rail depots to perform mobile and mechanized inspection of wheelset axles with different bore diameters. It therefore represents the ideal solution for recurring ultrasonic inspection of installed wheelset axles at the highest level.

The innovative design of the HWP-C 2500/30-90, combined with the patented flange technology and highly powerful software, sets new standards in resolution, detection reliability and flexibility for the inspection of wheelset axles during the maintenance of vehicles and wheelsets. In addition, the testing system was specifically developed for often very confined working conditions. Thanks to its compact design, it offers maximum mobility and, in combination with the individually pivoting testing arm, maximum operating comfort.

The system’s patented flange technology does not require any additional adapter flanges on the axle, eliminating or at least significantly reducing time-consuming setup and assembly procedures. In combination with powerful operating and evaluation software, the testing system can be adapted to a wide range of inspection requirements within a very short time while simultaneously meeting the highest testing standards.
