Roller testing system ROPA-PD 300/5-1 C

The ROPA-PD 300/5-1C is the first testing system for roller bearings that can be integrated directly into the production line. It is suitable for the inspection of all common roller geometries (cylindrical rollers, tapered rollers and spherical rollers) – largely independent of whether the rollers feature centering holes, through-holes or only cup-shaped recesses.

High performance, easy integration

Thanks to the automatic loading and unloading of the rollers, the ROPA-PD 300/5-1 C can be integrated into almost any production line, which is significantly simplified by the PC/PLC control system and an interface specifically designed for integration purposes. However, the testing system can also be used as a stand-alone solution, for example in laboratory environments. From a testing technology perspective, the newly developed system is based on the immersion testing product line and therefore offers a similarly high level of performance in ultrasonic testing technology as well as evaluation and operating software. In combination with integrated process visualization, this new generation of testing systems becomes a powerful tool for roller bearing production.
